What is your processing time?

Most items are made to order, so please allow 5-10 days to create and then ship your order. However, we do our very best to create and ship out orders as soon as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! If you’d like a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item at molliemarieco@gmail.com. Items must be shipped back in new condition, at buyers expense, within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for loss of value. Buyers have 30 days to post-mark the return. If  30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Depending on the request and turnaround time, we sometimes take on custom work. Please reach out to us at molliemarieco@gmail.com and we’re happy to discuss custom items.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We only take a few wholesale orders at time with a minimum of $200. Please reach out to us at molliemarieco@gmail.com to discuss specific requests and timeline.
